Excellent substrate for Strong base. For those who have thin nails and gel-lacquer is not worn for a long time. I chose the most acceptable option for me. This base as a substrate, and leveling PnB Fiber Base milky. It strengthens and equalizes. It has fiberglass in it. It holds up great. I recommend it as a carpet pad. The base itself does not level, it is liquid. On top of colored gel polish, Vogue top.

The consistency is very good. Not thick. It's easy to do leveling as a base. But the material is not that dense. On not a long length of nails could curl. The color is just bomb. But I wouldn't buy it again. That's a shame. I was expecting a lot
