I bought this because of the positive reviews. Loved this top at first, but then I started to notice some splotches when applying it. I don't know what's wrong. It's also a bit runny. All in all, it didn't work.

Please contact our retail department by any convenient way for you by phone +7-966-077-81-88, send the lot number and a photo of the vial. The item of improper quality will be replaced with a new item.
